At Haiyougo, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help. We offer easy returns and hassle-free cancellations. Please review the details below for eligibility, timelines, and important exceptions.

60-Day Return Policy

  • Return items within 60 natural days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 30% of the product’s value will be deducted from the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • If the cancellation request is made more than 24 hours after the order is placed, and the item has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and a 30% restocking fee based on the product value will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the order has not yet shipped but is cancelled more than 1 business day after purchase, a 10% processing fee based on the product value will be charged to cover handling and administrative costs.

Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee (based on the product value) applies to all approved returns. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

How to Start a Return

  1. Fill out the Return Request Form within 60 natural days, or email us at haiyouguoji@gmail.com.
  2. We’ll email return address along with applicable fees.
  3. Repack the item with all original components and packaging.
  4. Keep the tracking number until your return is confirmed.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after inspection, using the original payment method.
